dreampower Celebrating 15 years of service! DreamPower Horsemanship, a 501C(3) non-profit organization founded in 2002, provides therapeutic horsemanship programs and services to clients in the south San Francisco Bay area.
Angel Flight West, a 501(c)3 Non-Profit, delivers health and hope using donated flights to serve people with healthcare or other compelling human needs.  Angel Flight West links volunteer pilots and commercial airlines with people who require air travel to access non-emergency care and other essential services.
oclogo Learning Services is a national provider of specialized rehabilitation services for adults with acquired brain injuries. Each program includes Certified Brain Injury Specialists, trans-disciplinary rehabilitation teams, functional-based outcomes, individualized programs, and a network of experienced medical professionals. Our Gilroy location delivers a comprehensive program in a home-like setting. This rehabilitation program includes 24 hours per day; seven days a week of intervention focused on increasing each individual’s level of independence in a variety of settings.
Tuolumne Trails Tuolumne Trails is a camp for children with special medical needs, located on 80 beautiful acres of Sierra Nevada wilderness outside the mountain community of Groveland, CA near the grandeur of Yosemite National Park.
oclogo Operation Creekside began with one man following God’s prompting to send care packages to deployed men and women. By sharing his passion it has grown by leaps and bounds over the last 4 years. We have shipped over 6500 care packages so far and more importantly we have prayed specifically for the names on these boxes, and send the blessings out immediately.
Project Hired Project Hired is a nonprofit that assists individuals with disabilities gain and sustain employment. Their wounded warrior division helps provide services dogs to our veterans. Watch their YouTube presentation about service dogs.
guidedogs Guide Dogs of the Desert, a 501C(3) non-profit organization founded in 1972, improves the lives of the blind by creating opportunities for life-changing independence, and by conducting community outreach and education programs.
